Links to this site are permitted provided they point to the homepage and akrocard.net is notified in advance. If no negative response is received within 10 days of Akrocard 2000 S.L. receiving the notification, the link request shall be deemed approved. DiyCard® — Terms of Sale

DiyCard® (Do It Yourself Card) is a free online platform designed to provide online software for producing custom plastic cards (CR80). Final responsibility for the order rests directly with the customer.

General terms of sale

• Cards are laminated PVC printed in full colour using offset (not dye-sublimation or retransfer).
• The final printed result depends solely on the quality of the file uploaded by the customer.
• For personalisation orders, the customer must review the attached database, as the process is automated.
• CMYK colour reproduction may differ from on-screen display.
• Die-cut margins may vary between 0 and 2 mm due to the lamination process (VISA standard).
• Orders featuring designs from official bodies are the direct responsibility of the customer.

Returns policy

All our products carry a guarantee against manufacturing defects. The statutory return period for non-conforming goods is 7 days. Packaging must be in perfect condition and be the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
